ROBERT J. FORREST has been an attorney in Massachusetts for over twenty-five years. He has served as a Clerk-Magistrate in the district courts and has tried hundreds of cases. He is certified as a police officer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is currently the police prosecutor for the South Hampton, NH Police Department. He has extensive experience in law enforcement matters and firearms licensing issues. He holds a federal firearms dealer's license and is a Massachussets State Police and NRA certified firearms instructor. He has extensive experience in international law and trade having represented clients and developed business in Russia and the Far East. He has negotiated many international joint venture agreements and contracts between American and British business entities and manufacturing companies in Europe, Russia and the Far East. He is fluent in the Russian Language.

Attorney Forrest is a commercial airline pilot with multi-engine, instrument and glider ratings with over 1,500 hours of flight experience. He has tried pilot and aviation mechanic cases before the National Transportation Safety Board in Washington, D.C., Boston and Europe.

Attorney Forrest holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Boston College Law School. He has been an instructor in federal taxation at Northeastern University and is currently Assistant Professor of Law at The Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts where he teaches International Law.
