ALBERT G. TIERNEY has been an attorney in Massachusetts for over forty years. He has many years of trial experience. He was former chairman of the Boston Bar Association Administrative Justice Committee that initiated the Code of Massachusetts Regulations and the Administrative Hearing Officers Law. He is a former lobbyist for hospitals and Special Assistant Attorney General. Attorney Tierney has argued many cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, federal courts and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He was responsible for generating millions of dollars of increased revenues for Boston Hospitals in the 1970's and 1980's. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Plymouth County Bar Associations. He is a Reserve Deputy Sheriff and has served in the United States Navy during WWII with principal duties as engineering and gunnery officer in the Pacific area. Attorney Tierney graduated from Brown & Nichols School, Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Tufts University and Boston College Law School. He has attended special courses at Columbia Medical School and Military Justice School with the United States Naval Reserve. Attorney Tierney is an NRA and Massachusetts State Police Firearms Instructor, life member of the NRA, Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, Soaring Society of America and many organizations related to the republican form of constitutional government and the rights of the people. He practices in Norwell, MA.
